LaunchU 12-Month Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in LaunchU under the 12-month payment plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Commitment

• You are committing to a 12-month payment plan of $49.99 per month.
  The total cost of the program over 12 months is $599.88.
• Payments will be automatically charged to your provided payment method each month on the date of your initial enrollment.

2. Early Buyout Option

• If you choose to stop monthly payments early, you are still responsible for the full 12-month balance.
• You may pay the remaining balance upfront in one lump sum to end monthly billing and retain access.

3. Missed or Late Payments

• Payments must be made on time to maintain access to the LaunchU training, tools, and group coaching.
  If a payment fails or is missed, you will be notified and given a 5-day grace period to resolve the issue.
• If no payment is received, we reserve the right to terminate access to LaunchU, including all digital content and sessions.
• Reinstatement is not guaranteed and may require full payment of the outstanding balance.

4. No Refund Policy

1. All payments made toward LaunchU are non-refundable, including any portion of the 12-month plan or lump sum balance.

5. Eligibility for 1-on-1 Coaching

• You will become eligible for a 1-on-1 session with Apostle Colette Toach upon completion of your 12-month payment plan.
• You may also schedule additional coaching sessions anytime at https://apostlecolette.com.

6. Agreement to Terms

• By enrolling in LaunchU, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
• These terms are legally binding and subject to change with notice.
